Slower days
There are days when I feel like I'm not making any progress.
I'm telling myself that it's ok. That it's normal.
Rational part of me knows it, but there's definitely the other part that still feels like it's not enough.
How to find a good balance? - No idea.
Should I just accept it? - Don't think so.
Am I really sure I made no progress? - Probably not.
Maybe it's just all part of the journey?
